Cancellations

• I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before schedules services will result in a 50% fee for the cost of your service

No-Shows

• If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged

• After 1 no show appointment, I may require a deposit to book future appointments

• If you refuse to pay the required fees you will be ineligible to book any future appointments

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. In this case a late fee of $25 may apply.

• If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the cancellation policy may also apply.

My goal is provide every client with the best possible experience. To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and yours please thoroughly review these policy. I understand that life happens and sometimes certain situations are unavoidable but these policies are necessary to ensure I am able to continue to provide quality services. In the event that I may run late I will do my best to notify you in advance so that you can make any necessary adjustments to your own schedule. Thank you!
